Here's a bit of their story and what motivates them to be leaders and innovators within the business community, their industry, or in their area of expertise and who are willing to impart their knowledge, insights, and personal stories to inspire us all.
ALBERT BOSCH
Adventurer, Entrepreneur, Writer
Albert Bosh is quite a character who has a long track record as an Adventurer, Entrepreneur and Writer.
Amongst many adventures, he has crossed Antarctica unassisted from the coast to the South Pole (1.152Km. - 98% Solo).
He has completed the '7 Summits' (Climbing the highest mountains of each continent, finishing at the top of Mt.Everest).
He has participated in 9 Dakar Rallies (2 with Motor-Bike & 7 with Car) where in 2015 he became the first pilot in history to drive a non fossil fuel car (100% electric) in the Dakar Rally; he is a regular Ultra Marathons runner, and has done more than 100 races in different extreme sports.
An entrepreneur since he was 26 years old, founding INVERGROUP in 2004 as a platform to manage and promote projects in the field of clean energy and the environment.
CORMAC WALSH
Communication Consultant,
Professor & Entrepreneur
Cormac Walsh is a communication Consultant, business school professor and entrepreneur, having established Globally English Track in 2013.
His passion is teaching public speaking and in his ten years in Barcelona he has delivered workshops to students of all ages, from Primary school level right up to PHD students defending their doctoral thesis.
Cormac also specialises in helping entrepreneurs and startups to find their voice for the all important pitch and investment opportunities they face and is the communication consultant for Thing-thing.co having been involved with them since their inception.
His objectives also include helping teachers and educators bring public speaking and English pronunciation to their classrooms and 2017 will see Cormac become involved in the Erasmus plus programme as a teacher trainer.

Born in Russia, Margarita spent 18 years in Germany before she moved to Barcelona three years ago to start her personal journey of selfgrowth.
She combines her knowledge of psychoneuroimmunology, epigenetics, and neuroplasticity with spirituality to help everyone to re-envision the possibilities in their life and unleash their full human potential.
As a management consultant, Margarita is supporting her clients in achieving sustainable performance improvements and realizing their business goals.
Personally, she sees her purpose in encouraging others to pursue their dreams and live their life with full passion.
Her message to the world is simple and clear: “Dare to let go of conformity to become the greatest version of yourself!”
MAJEED HOUSSEINEY
Globally Minded Leader
Majeed is a global minded leader with his Persian, Norwegian and Spanish life story.
Majeed immigrated to Norway 1986 and after 20 years in 2006 moved to Barcelona living for last 10 years. Professionally inspired and driven by authentic leadership and personally a curious spiritual idealist mind.
Majeed is a global business transformation leader, 25 years of senior positions in variety of business sectors.
Delivering projects to global 500 Fortune. Executive C-level facing companies with 10-80000 employees, solutions over 100 countries on scale of multi millions euros and leading risk and decision making industrial projects of scale of 10 Billion Euros.
In addition to his daily profession Majeed is also professor at both EAE and La Salle business school in Barcelona, master in project management, ethics and leadership.
Josep Maria Elias is VP/GM for ADP Philippines. He has a Computer Science degree from the University of Massachusetts and has a Management Development Program degree from IESE business school in Barcelona among many other certifications.
Prior to ADP, Josep had been teaching 7th and 8th graders and worked for several multinational companies in the Internet world.
He has over a 13 year tenure at ADP. Josep has been in several other roles within ADP. He started as sales and marketing manager for Spain and Portugal. In 2006, he decided to move to France and start ADP Streamline business, one of the fastest growing businesses in ADP covering over 100 countries, he develop GlobaView Select in order to fulfill big multinational companies have a single solution for big and small countries, as off today Josep is running ADP Philippines with 2,500 employees.
Josep, Rosa and their two daughters relocated to the Philippines in July 2014. Today they are all well settled and enjoy the Pilipino lifestyle. Josep is passionate about sports, particularly the Barcelona soccer team.

Described by some as The Master of Perseverance, Ian doesn't venture far from home doing amazing things. In fact he claims that the biggest struggle he regularly faces is to sit down and find the inspiration to write his daily 500 words.
Born in 1965 in Sheffield, England, Ian has dedicated most of his professional life to education and personal development. During these last 30 years, he's become obsessed by the relationships between our thoughts and our behaviour and how we can make better use of them in our daily lives.
He's written 12 plays for children, numerous lifestyle articles for international magazine and is a regular blogger. He gives workshops on the power of perseverance and his book The Sorites Principle: How To Harness The Power Of Perseverance was published last year.
Ian studied Astrophysics, Teaching, and Business Administration before setting up his own company, IPA Productions. He lives in the beautiful Natural Park of Collserola with his wife and two children. His dog is still bouncy.
Maciej Szplitt is one of life’s amazing people who cannot help bring a smile to your face. His open hearted approach to life and pure enthusiasm captivates motivates and astounds.
By his own admission he was a bit of a naughty boy growing up, but this boundless energy has since been put to good use. Leaving his native Poland in 2001 to study in Germany his thirst for knowledge and experiences were boundless and accumulated with him gaining a position with De Regenboog Groep in Amsterdam working in the social health care sector.
Maciej has spent several years involved in coaching and training as part of his responsibilities as a manager with DRBG where he has excelled and developed his passion for helping people.
In 2015 Maciej adhered to some of his own advice and followed his heart to Barcelona where he now resides working as a freelance Guide, coach and motivator.
